Product: Officejet 6310 all in one
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Whenever I print, everything that is supposed to be black is a weird shade a blue. Also streaky. The other colors seem fine though. Ive tried cleaning the cartriges via the printer settings and doing test pages but nothing. Cartriges are basically new and from the company. I dont want to print greyscale because I also need to print colors. Any tips will help. Thanks
