Hello,
I'm sorry if this has been asked before- I have tried to search.
I am trying to set up my Deskjet 3632 for Instant Ink.
I have entered the first part of the printer's email address, as I have not been provided with a claim code. However, it keeps saying that the code has expired and I need to print another one.
I have only just printed the code so I'm not sure what's happening. I have turned my printer off for 10 minutes and tried to reprint but it's only printing the same email address.
I am connected to Wifi, which is also confirmed on the Printer Information Page.
Any help would be greatfully received!

There is a bit of information available - both document and video resources that may help you resolve the mystery of your claim code.
Help is also available from either Cloud Services or from HP Support (depending on your location).
My understanding is that Cloud Services works on a normal "business day" schedule (Monday-Friday).
