HP Photosmart 5520
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

All of a sudden, when I try to "Scan Document or Photo" I get message: "The HP Photosmart series was not found".

(I am still able to Print.)

PS..I am not sure if my Operating System is 32 or 64 bit.

This issue could occur scanning software is not configured properly.

Just as mysteriously as Scanning ability disappeared, it came back before I needed to try this.

However, many thanks,and if problem arises again I'll refer to this.

(BTW--Any idea why this happened?)
