Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

we are using this printer on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit laptop (both USB and network). This laptop connects via RDP to a remote Windows 7 Pro 64-bit machine. The printer is visible on the remote desktop and we can print to it, but nothing comes out the printer. We do find a consequent error message in the Eventviewer:

We used the latest available drivers and even upgraded the printer's firmware, to no avail. Oddly enough, HP Universal Printer Driver is not supported on this printer.

Kindly advice,

Regards,

BC
