Officejet 6500 Wireless E709n

I am a senior with lack of knowledge with printing from my iPad Air 2 using HP Officejet 6500 Wireless E709n

When I select print from my iPad Air2, the search shows a message that 'No Air Print Printers Found'.

An Apple expert at the Aple store, told me that there should be no prblem, just to follow the instructions. Did not work!

Could you please be so kind and e-mail me specific instructions how I can connect to the printer and print documents from my Apple iPad Air 2, and please be specific due to my inexpertise regarding this problem.

(do I need special attachements, or?)

Hi Erwin,

The HP Officejet 6500 Wireless (E709) Series is not an AirPrint enabled printer, only later printer models supports AirPrint.

 

You may use the HP ePrint app to print to your printer through the network:
