Product: hp pagewide pro 452dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
 
Dear Sir
 
actually we bought one printer named Hp Pagewide pro 452 DW from turkey and brought it to our country
 
so when we started setupping the printer unfortunately there is one problem ,

 
when we installed cartridges that come with printer all colors were installed but only the Black cartridges has issue and
 
printer can not recognize it, so we chekced the chip on the cartriges and it's unfotunately damaged,

 
thereofre, we need your help to know how to solve the problem ,  for your information we bought also extra cartriges
 
of Black one but when we inserted it, the printer indicates for the first time installation has to put the cartridges that
 
come along with printer, 
 
So I need your help to let us know what can we do ?
