Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.
I understand that you are unable to connect your HP LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer to your computer as it does not get detected.
This issue could occur if the printer is not connected properly or the firewall is blocking it.
Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printer Not Found During Network Driver Setup (Windows)
Let us know if the printer was printing fine before or if the router was changed.
Also, let us know how the printer is connected (wireless, wired or USB)
Let me know how that works.
You have a good day ahead.

Dear Rainbow23, it is not so easy how you think.:robotsad:
I'm Sorry that i don't specified immediately the information:robotembarrassed:, but i already check all cables and changed USB (A - B) to another one(100% working). Also i changed the usb port on my computer for connected the printer. It is not the reason of my problem:robottongue:.
Also i found another choice - re add printer to devices and printers. This action was failed, but the printer are "wake up" and windows found him.:robotsurprised:
But if i am turned off my printer - the problem returned.:robotsad::robotsad:
1 - Printer connected via USB
2 - HP print doctor doesn't see the printer if windows doesn't see him
3 - I already deleted all the drivers HP and installed latest version of HP full solution
4 - I tried to turned off the firewall - doesn't help

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.
Please follow the link: http://hp.care/2ipxgOs
If the issue persists, then you may update the firmware from the link: Firmware Update Utility
Let me know how that works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.
