Product: HP deskjet 4515 all in one
Operating System: Linux

Dear all, i have a problem with my printer hp 4515 all in one series after update ubuntu 16.04 several days ago. Anybody can help me to resolve the problem. Before update the printer is OK for print and scan and now the status is stop working.

I already try to reinstall the driver but can't and the message error seem is the internal error.

 

For another device such as window 10 and Mac OS, the printer no problem so I believed the problem comes from my laptop with Ubuntu 16.04 OS after updating.

You might need to install driver for your printer. Please download driver from the link below.

Download Linux drivers from the HP Linux Imaging and Printing Web site
