I saw similar issues on many of forums , but coudn't find a solution. I tried to install on another PC with Win8 and it works correctly. Can anyone help me ?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Is your XP system a 64-bit system?

The printer only supports 32-bit.

The software download link can be found here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-2130-all-in-one-printer-se...

As you can see, there is no XP 64-bit support.

Hope that helps!

Hi,

Can you try this Uninstaller from Microsoft and then reinstall the FULL feature software again?

Let us know if that works!

hi,

In link you sent me there is a file to download, but without 'exe' ending. I tried to change it myself manualy, but after clicking nothing happened. Perhaps becouse it is designed for Win 7+ and IO have XP.

Hi,

Looks like the Microsoft Uninstaller may not work for you. Try this:

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

If you are not sure how to do this, the following resource will walk you through the steps:

How to Uninstall Download & Reinstall a Printer software

Hope that helps!
