OfficeJet Pro 8710
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are having troubles with our OfficeJet Pro 8710.  When we go to print brochures on cardstock, the printer will print the last 1/4 of the image on the top 1/4 of the page (so 3/4 of the image is missing and is blank on the paper).  The printer then displays that the paper is the wrong size.  I have gove through the steps given in other fourms about the "wrong size" alert, verifying that the print setting (when printing) and the setting on the printer are both on the correct size (letter size). We have also reinstalled the driver and software, to no avail.  The printer will print the brochures on regular white paper just fine, but once we put cardstock in there, it doesn't print properly. Any help is appreciated!

Double check the current job Printing Preferences > Paper / Quality to ensure the Media type (kind of paper) is set to Brochure / cardstock (wording varies; select from your printer's forms list).
