Hi.

Last week i installed this large format printer. In the specifications it says that tghe printer could "take" pdf files.

Anyone who know why it doesn´t work sending pdf files to the printer?

jpg files are ok to print

Hi,

There should not be issues printing PDF files from HP Designjet 930ps, since ps stands for Poscript extensions including Adobe reader.

In this case I would recommend to make sure graphic language is set to auto.

To test printing functionality you can also save the PDF file into an USB thumb drive and print directly from the printer.

Also, make sure you have installed the correct the driver

If there is a particular error code or warning message while printing the PDF please let us know to accurately address the issue.

Cheers,

Chris Estrada
