HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-On
iOS

My printer was working fine wirelessly and for the past 6 months a pop up box comes up each time Inwant to print and says no air print printer found. I have tried everything. I have found it only works when I am standing by the printer, switch it off and start it up and while it is still warming up try to print and then the printer comes up and I have to print immediately. A split second later it may not work and I have to switch off and put it on again. It is connected to the internet, so it is not that. It was fine before. Please can you help. I use genuine ink cartridges , and as mentioned it was working fine before. I have an HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One-C311a. Please advise. Thank you Kiki

The Web Services for the Photosmart 7510 were discontinued, see the document here for information.

Airprint should still work, but the printer and phone will need to be connected to the same wireless network. The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the issue.

Hi Bob,

thank you for your response everything on the same wireless network.

i even went back to default settings and set it up again.

Everything is registering as being set up correctly to my network.

as well as phone etc,

I reset my laptop with my IP settings manually, this is working fine, but not my iPad or iPhone.

Nothing  seems to work apart from standing over it switching the printer on and off and catching it at the right time to get a connection and then the connection goes. I have to switch off the printer and put it vpback on again and catch it just at the right moment. I have rebooted my IPad and router too.

it has been so frustrating.

I am grateful for any help. Again it was working fine until last autumn 2016

@Kiki2017,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you need to restart the printer every time you print from your iPad.

This issue could occur if the print configurations are not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printing with Apple AirPrint (iOS)

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
