Product code suffix explanation

Hello,

I'm looking for information on meaning of suffixes of product codes for article of HP.

Suffixes like: #A2M; #A2Q; #AB6; #AB7; #AB8; #AB9; #ABB; #ABD etc.

As far as I've found out - these refer to certain region where the article is availabe, however I've nowhere found a table that would explain which suffix reffers to which country / region.

I'd apprecite your explanation on this,
