HP officejet pro 8630
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I print this secure pdf document on my old  printer and the qr code prints out.  I send it to my new officejet pro 8630 and the document prints nicely but there is a blank space where the QR code should be.

all printing is being done wireless

If you have not done so, update / reinstall your Adobe Reader DC software - do this even if you do not use the software directly:

If no joy:

The content is not being translated to something the printer software can "understand"...

  • Print your PDF file as an image

Manage Print Output with Print Preview

Sections, various - including:

  • Preparation
  • PDF Files
