You keep referring us to the warranty instructions .... but the warranty instructions do not have the address on where to send defective HP Ink cartridges.  When only 1 in 50 fail, and I haven't experienced this until now, I did not keep the receipt which the retailer requires in order to replace or refund.  My first HP printer had addresses clearly listed on where to send cartridges that were defective.  So come on ... someone who represents HP, please give us an address to send the defective cartridge to.

I split this off from the other thread since it was started nearly five years ago and things have changed. See the document here for information on cartridge warranty.  If you need warranty replacement see the "Contact HP" information at the bottom of the page.  The specific replacement details will depend on your country of residence.  In the US HP will typically send the replacement cartridge out and then have you return the defective cartridge in a prepaid mailer.

If you have issues after reviewing the document above please post back here.
