I've had an existing problem with my HP Officejet 4630 all-in-one Printer, Scanner, Fax . After discovering that this problem is common I decided to do some research and read the Owner's Manual, which prompted me to call my cable/internet provider. I found out that I cannot automatically receive faxes on a single voice phone line provided by my internet /cable company. However, I should be able to receive faxes manually on the single voice phone line by setting  my fax to manual operation as described in the manual. I can send out faxes, but I will attempt to receive faxes manually when I do a Test Run tomorrow! By Default, my HP Officejet 4630 is set on Automatic to receiver faxes which appear to be the problem.
