@allwht

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand you need help printing the instant ink statement,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you logged into your instant ink account to check for your invoice?
  • Aren't there any options to print via the account page?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:

  • First log into your Instant Ink account.
  • Next select Printing History.
  • It will be on the current month, so select a previous month.
  • You should now see in the lower right corner a button that says "View as PDF".
  • Click
  • Save/Print

Note: if you any difficulties, send us a private message with your account number and/or email ID, so that I could help you, accordingly!

Also, use this link for more information: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/hk/en/l/faq?flow_name=rebrand_responsive

Let me know how that pans out

I will have a colleague follow-up on this to ensure it's taken care off,

as I need to know if the issue has been resolved, to get proper sleep at night.

feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon,

followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution' as it would help the community gain more knowledge,

And Have a great day Ahead!
