I followed these instructions but after tools the only two visable options are

Test Fax
Clear Fax Logs

please help me disable fax log for mode Officejet 3830

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to disable the fax log on your HP Officejet 3830 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • From the Home screen, touch Fax .
  • Touch Setup , and then touch Reports .
  • Touch Print Fax Reports .
  • Disable fax logs.

I followed the instructions and only the following options were available:

last transaction log
last 39 transaction logs
caller id report

please help
