My HP Envy 5660 does not have a "Show Scan Previow option".  Sometimes i can print multiple pages, sometimes i can't.  I can't figure this out.  Does a printer fly?  I live on the 44 floor.  I need help......

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

You can use the HP Scan software to scan multiple pages.

 

Do ensure you have the FULL feature software installed.

 

The following resource will help you :

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

 

After installing, you can watch this video on how to scan multiple pages to a single PDF file.

Also, printers do not fly, so please consider before doing anything as it may harm others as well as public property.
