HP Recommended

I followed the link above.  When I select "windows XP 32 " bit from the drop down selections on the "software and drivers result" selection page I get: "No software or drivers are available for this product with the selected operating system. Please make a different selection, or visit the product homepage."  The  home page circles back around to the same driver and software selection page.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try this link (for XP):

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/790...

 

It only has the basic drivers.

 

For scn, can you try this software:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Let us know if that works.
