Prblem solved by updating router firmware (Tenda Router). When I talked to Tenda technical help line, they told that they has issue with HP printer and their firmware.

 

No one at HP Technical help knew about checking or updating router firmware.

 

What a waste of time?

I had the same issue. After doing all the trouble shooting listed, I realized it was my memory stick that was causing that error. I removed it and used another one and it worked fine.
