I also had the error message 0xc19a0003 saying missing or failed printhead.  I took the printheads out and reinstalled them with no success.  Never had this problem before and it's a fairly new Officejet Pro 8620 wireless all-in-one printer.   Need help on this.  Thanks  Jack112
