Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? If the printer is an Officejet 68xx model you will need to contact HP for service for the printhead error. See the document here.

For the Officejet 6830 printer with a printhead failure you will need to follow the procedure in the document here to have the printer replaced.

I will ask to have your case escalated. Someone from HP should contact you through private messaging. Do not post private information in the forum. If you are asked for private information in the private messaging system make sure the person contacting you is identified as an HP representative.
