Product: HP Envy 120

Bought HP Envy 120 printer in the US - only takes 60 cartridges as replacement.  Now live in Spain and can only find 300 cartridges...read that printer can be reconfigured to accept the 300 cartridges.   Please advise how this can be done, if software has to be downloaded, etc.    Thanks,

HP Printers - Find and Install Cartridges after Moving to another Country.  

You will need new cartridges from the county you are in at the time you contact HP.

Thanks.  I have obtained the replacement cartridge - 300 - which in Spain is shown as being for the HP Envy 120.  Printer will not accept them.....get message that wrong printer cartridge installed.....
