Red printing brown...

My Hp printer is printing brown instead of red.  Replaced printheads within the last year.  Just changed out the magenta and cleaned printhead twice and calibrated linefeed and still notihng....

I understand that your printer is printing in brown instead of red.

Sometimes when the printer sits and gets warm a few drops can ooze out of the nozzles, then the drops of the different colors mix together, and then wick back in as the cartridge cools.

HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges. If you do not use genuine HP cartridges.
