Looking for a company in/near Durham, North Carolina, Zip 27707, to service HP Designjet T1100ps Model Q6688A, purchased May 2008. Error 86.01, possible paper jam. Will need carriage belt.

WOW!  Staples?  Really?  Never would've suspected that.  They must send them into their main warehouse or something.  Staples in our area wouldn't have a clue how to turn it on, much less fix it.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
