Officejet 2620 All-in-One

Is it possible to reprint the last print job off the printer (HP 2620)? The last print was taken using a different computer which is unavailable. So I need to reprint the last document or find the time of the last printed document.

All your support is much appreciated.

A version of what you seek is available with the following caveats:

  • Running a recent Windows version
  • The Full Feature Software is installed for the printer
  • The feature must be set up ahead of time and you must have the computer available from which the job was originally printed.

Large, enterprise type printers (like those found in the workplace) might store and reprint documents, as might a few high-end consumer models.  "Reprint" from the printer itself is not a common feature on consumer grade printers.

Reference:

Reprint a print job – save a job for reprinting later

Date / Time of last print:

If you have the Full Feature Software installed AND if the printer is network capable AND if the printer is on the network AND if the feature is supported on your printer, then you might find a bit of the GENERAL print history in the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS):

Open favorite browser > Enter printer IP address in the URL >

Tools > Reports > Event Log and / or  Event Log

Not much help, I know.  Rats.
