That's an interesting video. I've noticed that the service manual doesn't appear to identify the part number of the solenoid; is it on the solenoid itself?

The solenoid itself is a problem, is becomes sticky, and it's the part of a bigger assembly that's the reason its not identified in the service manual.

I've removed the Rear Cover in accordance with Page 93 of the service manual, and the Right Rear Cover as per Page 95. Parts have been labeled and bagged, and pictures taken. Am I correct to assume that the Primary Transfer Disengagement Solenoid SL5 is located in the  upper section of the Residual Toner area? If so, is it located on the Toner Full Sensor side? Thanks for your help.

I've finally located two solenoids near motor M4 (Fuser Motor). Based on the Service Manual, there are three solenoids that are mechanically coupled to the motor (S3 and S7 (duplex unit) and S5 (Primary Transfer Disengagement Solenoid)). Any guesses on which ones that I've found?
