Hi @fvl3010

Good Day.  A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the post regarding resetting your web service password. I will be delighted to assist you here.

Superb description and great observations made before posting. Kudos to you for that. 🙂

I would require more information regarding this.

  • Are you speaking about an HP connected account?
  • Are you trying to reset your web service email password?
  • Or are you looking only to reset the password on your printer?
  • Did you change the router recently?
  • Does your existing web service password work correctly? If it does is it for you connected email account?

Please provide with more details for all these questions for me to assist you accurately and correctly.

Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great.

Take care now and have a superb week ahead. 🙂
