Windows 8.1

I cannot log into ePrint, when I click forgotten password I get sent an email to change it but when I click it it says server error, I have tried a number of times both with Internet Explorer and Chrome.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums.   I see that you are unable to reset your password so you can log into your HP Connected account.

 

Please try the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Snapfish.com and click on ‘Log In’ in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Please click on the “Forgot your password?’ link
  3. Please enter the email address you use for your HP Connected account and click on ‘Submit’
  4. Please check your inbox and open the email from Snapfish to reset your password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  5. Please try logging into HP Connected with your Snapfish credentials.

 

Please let me know the outcome.

I can not understand why a company with the expertees it should have should have so many pepole with this same problem.

 

Why can you not have an explanation why when we click on forgotten password and get an email to reset our password we get "server error, try refreshing the page or try again later"  when this is not the correct way to correct the problem.

 

I had forgotten I had a snapfish account and did not know it was part of HP so did not connect it with the problem.

 

 Very poor service from HP, we do expect better.
