Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello all, I'm a system administrator and need to administer the machine. But I don't know what password my predecessor left it to, so I have no way of doing that.

 

I am confortable with doing a cold reset on the machine, and know how to put back the IP and subnet and such. 

 

The only thing I don't know is what the resulting passord will be after I wipe the one that is attached to it now. I'd hate to be left with nothing and I'm not seeing it in the manual, either.

 

Can anyone advise? Thanks!

After the Cold Reset there should not be any password in the machine.
