I canceled HP instant ink with in the 1st month my 6 months free ink but still received new catridges. I want to return them so I don't get charged for those catridges. How should I proceed?

@Deep001, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you do not have an Instant Ink enrolled printer. However, you have been receiving the ink cartridges. Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page if you are able to log in? You may try to log in from here.

  1. Sign in to hpinstantink.com/signin.

Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.

  2. On your HP Instant Ink account page, click Order a Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the Help Center area.

Clicking Order a cartridge recycling envelope in the Help Center

  3. Review your order, and then click Submit.

If you are able to log in, you can also cancel the enrollment here. Follow the steps from this document - Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service

For assistance, you may call the number available on the Instant Ink home page.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
