Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Scanning is not working since two days, an error message is displaying continously instead. "Scanner Error 13, Turn off then turn on"

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting scanner error on HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dn printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How is the printer connected to the computer, wired or wireless?
