With my HP D110 inkjet printer, I solved the random printouts that generate the "Get /DevMgmt/ProductStatusDyn.xml HTTP/1.1" message. The problem is with the HP App software. The software did an auto-update on 11/13/23 and that triggered the random messages. I uninstalled the HP App software and relied solely on the HP printer driver. The messaging is now gone.

Nice job Hyevon74!! Too bad HP doesn't test their software thoroughly. I had the exact same problem and found tons of references to the same problem in recent days that people are having and all with different HP printers so it makes sense to have been a software issue.  I don't even know what HP Smart Software does, but I'm happy to get rid of it to avoid printing page after page every day wasting ink and paper.
