Hello, I am trying to print at 100%, and then save the settings so that the printer will always print to 100% scale.

.When I go into print, and change my settings, to A4 borderless, click the Scale option, and type in 100%, and choose save current settings as preset, the next time I go in, it has saved all of the settings except the 100%.

This is quite frustrating as I print templates which need to be true to size, but cannot save that option. I am on a Macbook Pro, any help will be really appreciated

Hi,

What application are you printing from?

Within which exact menu or drop down option do you see the scale option?

The reason I'm asking, saving a preset will save any printer setting, it will not save any setting of the application itself..

Hello, thanks for responding. I am seeing the scale when I am in preview.

Is there a way on a mac to set it to always print 100% regardless of which program I am using, as I use a specialist software for printing my templates, and that option doesn't appear when I choose to print from there

Thankyou

Also, I have tried going to settings from the printer app itself, by clicking on "show printer webpage" but when I click on it, in settings / preferences I only get the option to change my country and language. The option to change current settings takes me to the setup for  wireless printing, which I have already done.
