CM2320nf
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an older HP CM2320nf printer that I have connected to a new laptop computer. I have downloaded the software but have and it prints fine but I have been unable to use the scan function on the printer. any suggestions on what i can do in order to use this function?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try this:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

HI,

 

Are you connected via a network?

 

IF you are, can you try Webscan?

 

These examples will show you how:

 

Scanning from Chromebook (Webscan)

 

Scanning Multiple pages from Chromebook (Webscan)
