Product: Pagewide pro477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When using the copy or scan function on the unit, the output is fine on the outer third on each side (vertically), however the middle is faded.

The output of a black scan is a grey centre with black either side.

This is only present on the scanner side. When using two sided copying, the copy is fine on one side

Please help.
