Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There was some problem with windows 7 regarding Twain Scan, But I don't know what it is. But, after I upograded to windows 10, everything was functioning fine including scanning. When I tried to perform scan&doctor for the first time, it was fine. But, after few dys the error came showing "Driver Check". I restarted everything but not solved. Please tell me what could be the problem as it was fine at first attempt but later given error. Thank you.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

 

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

This process, i have already done. When I do this, I'll be able to scan for the first time. But if i try for the second time, it gives error.
