HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 6010
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi, 

I just got my new printer. I did the setup. 

Only when I want to scan, I get a black printed paper. 

I can not find it anywhere how I can fix this. 

 

Anyone who had the same problem or has an solution?
