Scan problem

HI,  I have a problem with my scanner when i use the flatbed.  I installed Hp scan en print doktor. After scanning everything seams ok on the screen. But when i save the scan and i open the file the scan is very bad.

When i use the automatic insert for documents the scanner works perfect. So the problem is just when i use the flatbed.

What happens when you attempt to copy from the flatbed?

Does the printed copy turs out fine?

If it turns out fine, then perhaps the software may have been corrupted.  Can you try to reinstall the software?

Yes copy is good.  Oke i will install the software again.   Thank you
