Must be. It's happening to both of my scanners (same model).

It was fixed when I updated my ios to 13.1 today. Whew.

I have HP Deskjet 4929 Printer/Scanner. The canned document, when save as pdf, is blank.

Same problem with scans (appear ok but when I save as a pdf are blank). But also, if I try and save an email as pdf they also appear blank, this only started recently.

This solution worked!  I saved it rather than sending to folder but it brings me to the same pdf screen.  I checked the box for long-term preservation and changed to PDF searchable and pdf was as it was scanned.  Thanks for the tip and for putting me out of my misery!

Thank you so much for your answer.  It worked.  HP needs to keep its software current with new versions of operating systems.
