HP Pro MFP M177 fw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I’m using HP Pro MFP M177 fw. I also want to set the number of pages for each file (15 in this case) to create multiple PDF files feature from the control panel.

On the control panel, how do I get to Administration menu and get to Scan/Digital Send menu?

@ChikeMartin,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you want to scan 15 pages to one pdf file.

Let me jump in with a solution for this issue in place of my colleague as he is out of the office today.

You need to scan 15 pages and then save it to one pdf file and then again start scanning 15 pages again.

Please follow the steps provided below:

From the HP Scan software, select Advanced Settings, click on the File tab and uncheck 'Create a separate file for each scanned image'. This will allow multiple pages scans to save to one file.

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.
