I'm using a mabook with OS X 10.12.4 running on it and recent got a new HP MFP 132 printer in the office. The printer is connected to the network via ethernet and all services seem to be running fine. I am however unable to set the printer up with the Scan option on my mac.
I've used the HP Easy Start application to install the printer and also attempted various other ways to install the printer in the system preferences section but so far have been unable to set the printer up to scan. The printer wont detect in the list on the HP Easy Scan application either.
As a temp work around i've setup the Scan to email option but i'd prefer to be able to control scanning some sensitive documents.
