Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi Just pucrchase the machine, and install all the softwares, but CAN'T scan to PDF.

I need a special software? 

When double click on HP SCAN indicated no connection with the scanner, but can print and scan to JPG.

Hi,

 

By default it will scan photos/images to JPG files and documents to PDF files. Please select Scan a document, not photo.

Hi,

 

Sounds like you have not installed software and drivers properly and you are trying to use direct scan. How do you connect your printer now ?
