Hello All

 

Ive got a problem with my Hp printer. 2months ago i installed the scan to network map option. 

It worked perfectly. This week it suddenly stopped working. If i go to the IP adress it says cannot find network map. 

It is kinda strange because on my other printer 476 it is working perfectly... 

Can anyone help me? I cannot find the factory reset asswell, i would like to reset it completely.
