Product: Scanjet 5590
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My Scanjet 5590 works, but all the scanning software I tried do nothing or crash.

That's the case for HP Scanning, which will freeze after a few seconds.

And the 2 apps from the Microsoft store : thy find the device, but that's it : it does all the noise like it'll start the scan, but doesn't.

Best case : scan 1cm. with HP Scanning before freeze.

 

The self test with a piece of paper works.
