Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My Scanjet G 3010 was working perfectly since over 4 years with WIndows & , 64 Bit OS. Now after upgrading the OS to Windows 10 , 64 Bit , My scaner does not work , even after Un Installing, re installing with Windows 7 Comaptibility Mode. My Problem is both Flat Bed & Film Scanning does not work.
I have tried all possible solutrion mentioned in this forum & nothing worked.
Am Desparate to get my Scanner work with Windows 10 64 Bit OS , same like earlier with Windows 7 , 64 Bit OS. All 3 rd Party Softwares dont Guarantee & MicroSoft is stil to come out with solution where i have escalated the matter.
