Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Vorrei usare lo scanner Scanjet G4010 sul mio nuovo PC con win10 64bit, purtroppo non ho il lettore cd e vorrei scaricare driver e programma, ma ho scoperto che HP non fa più assistenza per questo prodotto. Come faccio ad utilizzarlo? E' un prodotto perfettamente funzionante, è incredibile non poterlo utilizzare su un nuovo pc! Aiutatemi per cortesia...

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Can you try this:

 

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Let us know if that works.

But...it doesn't work... I installed the program ad started it, it says "impossible to find the device" (impossibile trovare Periferica di elaborazione immagini HP). So i restart my pc and the program: same message.
