HP Recommended
Product: Scanjet N9120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Using Document Scan Software v 3.7.1 work station is Win7 64bit I get the error EX=1011 not listed in the Tech manual is there a diagnotic software or troubleshooting tree to isolate this error, the utlity program does not seem to help.
