My Printer Shows: Scanner Error 23

What Can I Do?

To resolve scanner error 23 follow below steps:
1. Switch off the printer.
2. Unplug power cable.
3. Press the power button on the printer, it will switch on for a second and go off, this is to drain the remaining power.
4. Plug the power cable back in.
5. Switch on the printer.
6. Scanning must work now.

Hi,

 

I have a new M127fw, but it always error with "error 23" and tried switch off unplug method. It works for two to three time but now the printer state with the error.

I have a new hp laserjet pro mfp m127fn, but it always display the error with "error 23" and tried switch off unplug method as you Directed ...More 4 time but now the printer state with the same error.

What to do? Help me
